inclusive of event entry + all kit inclusions
ㅤ-- Slot-basis — maximum 2 hours per time slot [slot booking upon payment]
ㅤ-- food and drinks are not included in the price
ㅤ-- Purchase of 1 food + 1 drink is required to claim your kit
ㅤ-- DOP for the kits is July 5, 2025
ㅤ-- First 30 fully paid attendees will get one (1) s.coups / mingyu pvc zipper photocard holder
ㅤ-- Second 30 fully paid attendees will get one (1) guitar pick keychain

1. Please answer the form only if you can attend the event that will be held in COOPER’S COFFEE HAUS on August 2, 2025. Kits can only be claimed on-site.
2. The venue will be closed for this event. Only pre-registered attendees will be allowed to enter. No kits will be made available for walk-in attendees. We reserve the right to refuse entry to any unregistered patrons.
3. In the event that you are suddenly unable to attend, we can ship your kit but additional fees and shipping fees will be applied. Or you may also have a proxy to claim your kit. Please let us know at least 2 days in advance. Otherwise, your slot will be forfeited.
4. Should there be any unforeseen events that may lead to the cancellation of the event that is not within the control of the organizer (natural calamities, and the like), all kits will be shipped with additional shipping fees.
5. STRICTLY NO CANCELLATION OF SLOTS. Please answer this form only if are sure to attend. We will be producing kits based on the number of submissions.
6. Please maintain a respectful attitude towards the organizers, staff, and fellow attendees. Should you have any concerns, we will be more than willing to assist you. We reserve the right to refuse entry or escort out any guests that could disrupt the event.
7. Please make sure to be maintain and conduct during the event. Should there be any damages to the displays, or any item/s belonging to the organizer or cafe, the party/attendee at fault will be charged.
